If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, you have 14 days to inform us.

You then have further 14 days to return the item to us.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items must be returned in their original product packaging.
    • Returned items must be in perfect condition without any signs of use.

    To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

    1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
    2. Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.
    3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

    How long it takes to receive a refund or replacement product?

    Upon receipt of the returned item, we will take up to 5 business days to process your refund or post your replacement.

    Will I need to pay return shipping fees?

    Yes, unless the item is faulty or damaged (please provide photographic evidence). We require proof of postage.

    How are lost or damaged returns handled?

    If your return is lost or damaged, we will issue a refund upon receiving photographic evidence of proof of postage.
